I had a SG210, running UTM 9 and was using it as a mail gateway for multiple domains to filter spam mail before the mails be re-directed to respective mail hosts.
The SG210 is set in transparent mode.
I replaced the SG210 with XGS2300, also in transparent mode, and can't seems to get the mail protection function working.
I have valid Email Protection license, configured various policies under Protect->Email, (e.g. mails to xyz.com will be redirected to mailserver.xyz.com after scanning) but when I try to test the SMTP function using online free SMTP tester (e.g. https://www.wormly.com/test-smtp-server), it will report time out.
For now i made changes to send mail to mail server directly, by-passing the XGS2300.
How to get the mail protection working properly like the SG210?
