Hide web policy override access code while typing

Hi, I'm new to XG firewalls, so please bear with me. I have created a user and a web policy override access code as outlined here:

https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000038467?language=en_US

This is working as expected, but when typing the access code in to a blocked page it is visible on screen.

We had hoped to give an access code to managers so they could unblock social network/other pages for their staff at their discretion.

Since the code is visible when typed, this wouldn't work as staff can just memorise it. Is there a way to make this a hidden field?

If not, I'm guessing I'd need to configure an account for managers with a different set of policies to log into the network. If I do this, how long does the user stay logged in? Ideally the staff member should only be able to access the one site that the manager has approved, and not perpetually if they don't log out.
