Sophos XGS 87 Network Protection License not subscribed

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with a new XGS 87. I have activated the license in MySophos and registered the firewall there. I see the license for the correct firewall, but in mySophos it said Status - Pending and on the firewall itself it says Not Subscribed.

Does anyone have any idea? Or does the activation process last so long?

    Pending basically means, the license will be actiavtes in the future. Check the License document, if you purchased a appliance with a start date of a date in the future.
