Sophos XGS 87 Network Protection License not subscribed

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with a new XGS 87. I have activated the license in MySophos and registered the firewall there. I see the license for the correct firewall, but in mySophos it said Status - Pending and on the firewall itself it says Not Subscribed.

Does anyone have any idea? Or does the activation process last so long?

  • Pending basically means, the license will be actiavtes in the future. Check the License document, if you purchased a appliance with a start date of a date in the future.
