How to find all administrators in webadmin? (second try)

Question

I cannot determine "lost admins" - we have XG (SFOS 18.5.2 MR-2-Build380) 
 In users console appears warning " Administrator accounts unprotected by multi-factor authentication: 8". But I cannot find such administrators. 2 ot them are missing. 
 I went through all pages with users, but ONLY 6 Administrators have OTN disabled. 
 
 In community here is only one solution - private communication by PM. I think that this IS NOT SOLUTION . 
 Where I can get report with ALL administrators? Or where I can get "Administrator with missing OTN" list? 
 
 Please link or solution, not some "secret and private communication".

Hi Jiri Hadamek : Currently with V18.5 MR-2 with recent improvements in MFA, the banner is adding all administrators plus all clientless users. Due to that, the number is not giving the correct information. This has been identified and fix has been targeted in V18.5 MR-4 with reference ID NC-83662
