Sophos Connect Disaster

We rolled out Sophos Connect recently and its really messed up anyone with a Soft Phone. We get constant SIP dropouts while on call or if its idle constantly losing registration. As soon as we put them onto the legacy client the issue goes away, I wasn't really convinced that was the issue but its pretty well confirmed now having about 40 staff on connect and so far 20 staff back on the legacy client. Every day its someone else having the issue where as other staff will be stable for a few days then start having all these dropouts. 

Using the Connect Client there is constant Event ID 4004 'Network State Change Fired' with Host Name Changed = true.
These Events correlate to the SIP dropouts. There is also lots of spam in Charon.log about Microsoft 'Toeredo Adapter disappeared'

Running a winsock reset we thought was helping with this but not really, its easier to put them back to the legacy client.

I'm trying to workout why there is such a huge difference in our SIP connections using the different clients.
