APX 320 Firmware Update Loop

Hello.

I have 3 new APX 320 which are stuck in a firmware update loop.

XGS3100 (SFOS 18.5.2 MR-2-Build380)
AP Firmware: 11.0.018

Messages:

  • [<SN>] sent firmware /content/apfw/APX.uimage to device, releasing connection. 18004
  • Successfully sent config to AP [<SN>]. 18007

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Do the Access Points have been accepted or are they still showing under Pending access points?

    If they’re still showing under Pending Access Points, please accept them, and then the update should succeed.

    If they’re accepted and this is happening, I'd recommend you to get a case open with support to get this investigated further and share the Case ID so I can follow up.
