AD Authentication not working

Hi Arthur Marx: Can you Please share authentication live log viewer failing alerts or events snapshot snippet here? Can you please also share the domain query details configured under AD authentication settings on XG?

Hi Arthur Marx: Thanks for sharing the requested information. Here AD Integration on XG in the domain name and search query containing the details "office.cpuit.de" and actual end username is coming with arthur.max@cpuit.de 

Please change the domain (cpuit.de) and search query (dc=cpuit, dc=de)only for cupit.de in the AD integration on the XG side and confirm the status by login with the user portal again via AD user.

To clarify, our domain is office.cpuit.de and the users log into their workstations with name.lastname@cpuit.de.

Can you change the domain name to older one and if you keep search query as it is with this updated one then what is the status on both the error?

I configured both search queries as in your picture and moved them up and down. Still same issue unfortunately:

This happens with all other users as well and the passwords are 100% correct.

The AD Server need the domain name cput.de 

You do not need to have Kerberos/NTLM enabled. You can disable it by unchecking AD SSO in Device Access tab.
