DynDNS DNSoMATIC shows ABUSE

Hi,

since 14/15/02/22 all XG firewalls show the status ABUSE in DynDNS for the provider DNS-o-MATIC.

Can it be that the Sophos simply something often tries to update something? The problem exists firewalls from 18.0.6 upwards.

Does anyone have similar experiences or an idea?

    Hello there,

    Sorry I forgot to update you.

    In a couple of cases, I found the issue was with the Dynamic Server, it seems some of them don't accept special characters such as "-","=" on the name.

    Feel free to open a case with us and share the Case ID, once you have it, but I believe the issue might be with your DynDNS provider, I would also double-check with them your naming convention.
