IPSEC Remote Access - Disconnect Issue

Hi Manish Chawda: No such know disconnection issue with IPSec remote access, however, you may check the required logs to identify the causes of disconnections.

You may collect the TSR files from end machine and you may check strognswan.log (by putting service in debug) and you may check them during the disconnection time.

What is TSR files and how to find it.

Also I am not aware of putting service in debug. Can you guide.

Since I have BB and am using Wi-Fi to connect using IPSEC Remote Access. I thought to test with wired connection before attempting to troubleshoot. 

To my surprise it did not disconnected as it was in Wi-Fi. So is it Wi-Fi the culprit or I need to troubleshoot to get to the roots ?

Then after I thought to get the logs by connecting on Wi-Fi, How can I attach here since it is IP sensitive. Please advise.

To my surprise IPSEC remote access on wifi did not got disconnected. Why no idea ?

It got disconnected after 15 minutes instead it was disconnecting within 1-5 minutes. Shall I need to again take the logs and wait untill IPSEC gets disconnected ?

Hi Manish Chawda: With logs and observations which you collect till the time based on that you may also log a support case to have investigation and to have further identification on it.
