Also I am confused as to why we need to configure firewall rule with Allowed network even though I have configured under SSL-VPN S2S

No! It is simple site to site

Use IPsec Route based VPN instead. It the far superior solution.

you could send a screenshot of the edit of the tunnel setups from both sides. You can obfuscate the public IP like this: 85.xxx.yyy.34 and there is no need to hide internal IPs.
