SOPHOS XGS Firewall SSLVPN IPSec(Remote Access) VPN connected, but cannot access LAN Network

Yes, already permitted network resources...

I had read some article on the community they said "make sure subnets aren’t overlapping" but I dont get it.

is it IPsec Remote access & SSLVPN Remote access user segment can't be the same?

The segments can't be the same. As far as I am aware, XG also adds routes accordingly. So if you had the overlapping subnet, Your IPSec traffic might be getting forwarded to SSL VPN adapter instead of IPsec Remote access adapter. 

I was in the similar situation on my home firewall and when I looked at the packet capture, Traffic was going under violation with the reason IP Spoofing.

You can have different networks for SSL VPN and IPSec remote access.
