Sophos XG User Portal One time password

Hello

I have been tasked with rolling out MFA and thus OTPs for all of my users when connecting to Sophos Connect/User Portal. I've sorted out how to have the one time password field show up for the Connect aspect, however I am curious if there is a method of getting a similar field to show for the User portal? Currently they have to append their password with the 6 digits from their OTP and that is cumbersome and confusing for some users, rather if they had a dedicated field for it that it would show up.

I may totally be missing something or if this functionality just is not possible I have not been able to find any documentation on the matter.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Currently, the User Portal doesn't show the option to add the OTP in a separate box, this has to be appended to the password in the password box.

    Please add your vote to the next idea, so it can get higher visibility for our PM team.
