Sophos XG Built-in email server back up notification sender

Hi,

I'm trying to find in my inbox the scheduled backups that my XG firewall is supose to send. 

My question is, what is the predefined email address that Sophos XG uses as sender when "Built-in email server" is selected in the Notification Settings when a scheduled backup is to be sent?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    The XG by default, under Notification Settings, will be selected as an external mail server, if you change to Built-in it would ask you to enter an email, this email will be used for the backup emails. 

    As far as I know, if there’s no email entered, no email will be sent and the log would show <>.

    "Backup for SFVUNL C01001XXXXXXX from <> for emmanuel@xxxxxxxx.ca"

    You can however double-check by clicking Back Up now, and following the smtpd_main.log.

    The subject would be "Backup for SFVUNL C01001XXXXXXX" 

    The SFVUNL would change depending on if it’s a Virtual or hardware device, for virtual it’ll say SFVUNL for the hardware it’ll have the XG model (e.g XG125)
