XGS 2100 | Fibre port not coming up after a reboot

Question

The F1 fibre port on on my XGS 2100 doesn't come up after a reboot. 
 
 I have 2 XGS 2100 units in active/passive HA mode, and if I reboot both, after they come back up, neither of the Fibre ports come back uu. 
 
 Disconnecting the fibre patch from the SFP and reconnecting it fixes the issue. 
 
 Is there a secret setting to enable so that the ports come back up after the reboot? Or after a power outage?

 Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community. 
 could you run the following command from the advanced shell of the XG (5>3) 
 # ethtool PortB1 
 Substitute PortB1 for the Fiber Port 
 And also the output of 
 csc.log, syslog.log networkd.log 
 After you reboot the device.
