Application filter is empty.

Sorry, my mistake.I have assumed you have rules and policies blocking those applications which you appear not to have.

i checked in another FW XG, it doesn't show the source and destination ports.

i can't find any traffic between the device and any of these blocked ip destinations in firewall log.

You can add in logviewer additional fields to sort to. Go to firewall in logviewer and add application to the firewall view.
