we think that we were able to access a users barcode for 2FA when he lost it (e.g. exchange of phone, lost phone, ...). Has this changed recently as we don't find it on XG (SFOS 18.5.2 MR-2-Build380). Or is this only possible on Sophos SG Firewalls.
If it has changed recently is there a way to switch it back to the old version?
(This is a common scenario which happens very often. It is more time consuming to let the user go through the whole process especially when we first need to enable him first to access the user portal.)
