We have a customer that has a Sophos XG115. They have a third-party that needs FTP access between the third-parties server, and our customers server. We are using Filezilla Server for the FTP endpoint on the customers server. This works correctly internally, or through a VPN. We cannot, however, access Fillezilla Server through the passthrough rule. The port doesn't seem to be opening correctly (I've tried 21, 211, 2121, and 21021. None of these work).
LAN is port 1 on the XG115. WAN is port 2, which is connected to a VDSL modem. WAN_Backup is a 4G SIM. The server in on the LAN.
Can anyone point out what could be blocking the FTP passthrough from working?
