IP 255.255.255.255

Hello, I have an Unifi Cloud KeyGen Plus 2, that is not connecting to the IP address 255.255.255.255 (Dst port UDP 10001). I have already created a bypass rule in the firewall (allowing any connection to IP 255.255.255.255). I have even add an exception for this IP address, but it doesn't works at all.

How can I resolve this issue?

    further to LuCar's answer what is actually them address the device attempts to talk to, is it on your LAN or on the internet?
