Hi,
Captive portal login page not pop up automatically when any user try to connect network through wifi on any device like mobile,laptop.user need to type the sophos firewal ip address to get the login page
You need to create a DNS service rule and keep on TOP of all LAN-WAN firewall rule.
please check configure—>network—> interfaces status
please make sure no interface shows unplugged
you can create “service” base firewall rule base on “DNS” and keep the rule on top on lan to wan

check tcpdump on port 8090
console>tcpdump ‘port 8090
further you might have to fine tune the configuration if
you can install self sign certificate
