Sophos Connect VPN .SCX File when opened in Notepad can see Secret in plaintext

Hello,

Anybody tried to open the scx file of Sophos Connect VPN in a notepad/wordpad?, you can see the secret in the content of it? does this pose a security risk?

your insight would be much appreciated.

    Yes that is correct. This file is a one time import. Most customer uses this file via GPO and push it to the clients. The Connect client will encrypt the data.
