IpSec Connection could not be established Error !

Dear Sir ,

I am getting the above message " IPSEC connection could not be established " when trying to connect to a remote pc VPN.

Please inform a solution for this error message.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Take a look at this KB on IPsec Troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, provide more information on your XG configuration, such as if it has a Private or Public IP, what device is the other side of the connection.
