XGS Control Center Connected Remote Users

Question

XGS4500 (SFOS 18.5.2 MR-2-Build380) 
 
 Connected Remote Users on the XGS Control Canter is showing connected users when there should be none (0). When click on the Control Center Connected Remote Users nothing showing under (Current Activities > Remote Users) Can not find any log or report that matches the number shown on Control Center > Connected Remote Users. Number of connected remote users should be zero (0) 
 Is there something else I should be looking for? 
 It may be coincidence but this issue seems to have appeared after firmware update to 12.5.2 MR-2-Build380 
 Everything else appears to be working properly.

Hi Peter Mastrangelo : Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team. The issue is known to the Sophos team with ID NC-83469 based on past reported instances. As of now, the workaround is available with Sophos and you may log a support case to apply the workaround if you would like to fix the issue with the current affected version V18.5. MR-2.
