  • Hi Sophos User5557

Check traffic if reaching the Sophos XG or not

console>tcpdump 'host 172.16.16.16 and proto ICMP

console>drop-packet-capture 'host 172.16.16.16 and proto ICMP

    If traffic not reaching,

Can you please check with Layer 2 switch and check once? as I am suspecting with Switch configuration
