can't access to sophos XG from LAN or WAN

i did those things i still can't access to it, i can't ping on it either but i can give the adress (LAN) as a gateway and it's working

Please execute the below command and check are you able to ping or telnet port 4444 

console> system appliance_access enable

thank's for your help, i did execute th command ping & telnet " impossible to connect via this port" 

Did you accidentally start to NAT traffic to the firewall to something else? I would highly recommend to install Central Management to have access at all the time. Do you have Central? 

hi guy's i want to thank you so much for your help, so i did resolve the problem below, it was a rule in nat configuration that it was on that supposed to be off.
