Please Help with my XXG firewall full reset

Hello. 
 Please i need your help as regards my XG 86 firewall. I could not access the GUI so i decided to do factory reset through the CLI using serial port. Now after the whole hard reset proccess; i get to the last page and : 
 
 1. I get this 'prepare cloud daemon for factory reset' message. Then the next line will ask me for password which i dont know. (see attached pic1) 
 
 2. When I put 'admin' as password then it take me to main menu (pic3). But i understand that when you factory reset, then the default pw will be admin but I still could not access the GUI probably I have not solved point 1 above. So someone should help me on how to get point 1 above fixed so i can do full reset. 
 
 3. I have attached the pics 3 to show my firmware version maybe it will help provide solution

Hi VectorX : If GUI is not accessible with full RESET then you may try reimaging of the appliance once as per below steps: https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000036812?language=en_US If Reimage also does not help and GUI is still not accessible then you may validate a few of the steps of below KBA : https://community.sophos.com/sophos-xg-firewall/f/recommended-reads/117385/sophos-xg-firewall-what-to-do-when-the-web-admin-is-not-accessible If still have no clue then you may log a support case to have a further investigation on same.
