Anydesk Freezes after a while

Hi all together, 

I know that there are some discussions about anydesk, but we are facing a different Situation.

We can Use Anydesk in our internal Network but after about 5 minutes the session freezes and we cant connect back to that Client for aboit 15 minutes. We double checked all mentioned exceptions for anydesk. We can't find the issue. Also when we are looking at the log viewer we cant really see something that is blocked.Somehow we I Use Anydesk from a client that is connected via VPN everything works fine. So this showes to me, that we must have a firewall issue and something in the policy is wrong but I cant find it.

Does anybody have an idea how we can search more precisely what is blocked? As we exacply can tell the time when the session freezes we should be able to find a log entry but somehow the Logviewer doesn seem to be detailed enough.
