Sophos Connect - OpenVPN service not available - multiple occurrences now

We have deployed a new XGS firewall for a client two days ago and setup all users with remote access using Sophos Connect SSLVPN.

4 users now had Sophos Connect break on them including my own test computer, all running Windows10.  The OpenVPN service stops working and won't start.  Starting the service manually says it is missing.  Sophos Connect says OpenVPN service is not available and has to be re-installed.  I was thinking potentially it could be an AV false positive but it wasn't the case as these are on 4 different computers, two have Sophos AV and two are on personal computers with other products and nothing in logs.  

Are there any logs worth digging up to submit to Sophos when this happens next time?
