OVER IPSEC VPN webserver/SAP base traffic is not going

Hi,

I have configured IPSec tunnel from HO to one of our site. The Site WAN connection is over PPPOE. Through that tunnel all required services are working fine except two services: one web server and SAP application. We are getting the ICMP reply, the service port is also reachable from the remote site.  But service is not running properly. 

Both services are accessible from all other sites, through other tunnels. And both web server and SAP server have no issues.

I have done the following Troubleshooting steps:

1. Try to ping from remote site- Found OK

2. Try to check the service port accessibility from remote site - Found OK

3. try to change the MTU value in Remote site WAN interface from 1500 TO 1460. 

Not solved the issue.

If anyone can guide me for further troubleshooting, will be highly appreciated.

    Hi Kripasindhu

    please check with firewall rules from both side LAN TO VPN and VPN TO LAN 

    Check drop packets and tcpdump for destination 

    console>cpdump  'host <ipaddress> and port <port-number>

    console>drop-packet-capture 'host <ipaddress> and port <port-number>
