SSL VPN disconnect a reconnect will block AD user

We have the problem that when a user loses his SSL VPN connection (screen saver, laptop sleep, disconnect after 6h (new SSL certificate negotation?)) and when the user straight away uses the SSL VPN Connect pop-up window to reconnect, the user gets blocked in AD after three attempts.

Even if the user uses the correct username, password and MFA code, doesn't matter, he gets blocked in AD after three attempts and I see wrong credentials in the XG log.

Happens to all users, me included.

Closing the SSL VPN login window and start anew from the trafficlight with connect without a problem and does not have this issue. Somehow something is remembered from the previous session and exchanged when not starting fresh.

Is this a known issue?

Regards,

Fred
