AP15 get disconnected

I am having issue on 18.5 MR1 with AP15. Wi-FI goes down and only reboot is the way to get wireless lan again.

Looking at the wc_remote.log, here what happens when the wi-fi stacks:

Can anyone help? This is a bug. I have the same issue with another AP15 and on EAP 19, the situation is even worst. There, I need to reboot everyday.

So the issue is on V18.5 MR1 as well? Can you check, if the same issue exists in Central?

Thanks Lucar for your quick answer, but I do not want to use another console to manage a single AP. For the test, I can even do but I am not able to get access so Central as username/password are incorrect. Procedure to reset password, does not work, as I receive the OTP code, but putting the new password gives me authentication failed, please contact us. It seems I am not able to set the new password.

Likely you try to login without a Central Instance. Try: https://www.sophos.com/de-de/products/sophos-central/free-trial with your Email.

Because you have a SophosID which can be used to login to Central. But Central is not started per default. So you need to trigger a creation first with the link above. Then you can use Sophos ID.

Central Wireless is free. https://community.sophos.com/sophoswireless/b/blog/posts/sophos-wireless-removal-of-license-requirement-in-sophos-central

Central Trial will start all products and expire after 30 days without the need to renewal.

AP does not connect to Central. I opened the ports needed and removed AP from XG. After that, I restarted AP and tried several times, but AP is not discovered by Central.

If you think to move to Central and remove wireless on XG, good. I can both sell the AP15 I have and by a separate AP.

You do not need to apply anything. It will simply does not count anymore.

You likely need to remove the Wireless Protection on SFOS because SFOS will pickup the traffic to Central.
