I cant login to network portal with Apple device

Please I need your help, I cant connect to network portal with my Sophos XG650 Firewall with Apples devices.

he posted that message on this forum earlier along with some others. Those posts have disappeared and I am not sure whether he deleted them or an Mod did?

Please sir, i cant still login with my apple device (e.g iphone, mac os and ipad) to network portal, it used to show that the above image. Thanks.
