You will need to upgrade to the latest version before being able to create case for someone to look into your XG.

what version hardware and software are you running?

I restart several time but is not working, XG650 (SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5-Build586)

I can't connect apple device to my Sophos XG650 firewall, it will be will be showing the image above.
