You will need to upgrade to the latest version before being able to create case for someone to look into your XG. ian

what version hardware and software are you running?

You might try restart.

I restart several time but is not working, XG650 (SFOS 18.0.5 MR-5-Build586)

I can't connect apple device to my Sophos XG650 firewall, it will be will be showing the image above.
