XG105Rev3 RAM and SSD Upgrade

AFAIK, you cannot conclude from the mechanical formfactor of the M.2-connector, if this supports NVMe or not. Just try it out.

yes I know but its really rare that its using a M.2 NVME Connector and a M.2 SATA3 SSD. That's why I was asking.

I cannot buy a NVME SSD for 50€ and find out that it doesnt work. Maybe a technican here can answer this right away?

But: if you put in an 8 GB Memory module for a home device this device will operate mostly from RAM, as this is Linux. So having a SATA SSD is ok.
