Alpha SSL wildcard problem

Hi!
I've bought an Alpha SSL wildcard certificate.
I've imported it i my XG 125

But when I go to the WAF firewall rules, I don't see it

What stem am I missing?
I've done it some years ago, but...I can't remember!

Thanks!

  • Look here:

This is the button you need to import your cert that was created from your CSR before. THEN the appliance will knwo about your private key for this CSR. Otherwise you cannot use your certificate properly.

  • Hi,  Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos community team.XG is unable to decrypt or read the cert file if the private key is not selected and due to that you are not able to get the same certificate in the drop-down list under the  WAF rule.

In order to fix the issue please import the certificate along with the private key file.

    OR

You may request PKCS12 (.pfx or .p12) cert file from your cert provider and import the PKCS12 format cert directly on XG.
