Application timed out, requesting data from internet. Where do i start to search for details in the logs

Hi,

we have some applications that request data from nuget.org during the build process of application.
We use teamcity build agents, that compile source code and dynamically download code from nuget.org.

During this build process, we have some errors, the agent complains, that there is a timeout retrieving data from web.

Retrying 'FindPackagesByIdAsyncCore' for source 'https://nuget.org/api/v2/FindPackagesById()?id='******************'.

An error occurred while sending the request.

Unable to connect to the remote server
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 52.237.135.91:443
I use a single firewal rule for the source computer, with no filtering enabled.
We don´t analyze SSL traffic here.
i tried to grep all logs "grep -ir "52.237.135.91" *" but don´t get any information why this fails.
We use Sophos XGS2100 with 18.5.2 MR2
Where can i verify any problems at console level?

    are you using the proxy for this traffic? I know you said you don't have a filter involved I would suggest you specifically try using the DPI and setup an exception is in the SSL/TLS policy.

    The SSL/TLS gets involved in most transactions.

    we don´t use any webfiltering "i think so".
    Please have a look at the firewall rules

    And NAT rule #5

    additional i disabled IPS a system level for some rule...

    set ips ac_atp exception fwrules 11,12,15,25,33
