Customize Quarantine Digest -> Release link : Customize Link and redirekt to the User Portal

Hello,

since Sophos changed the behavior of the Quarantine Digest, in every new major release (17.0,17.5,18.0,18.5),
the release link redirects to a static webpage complaining that the user should visit the user portal.

Can this be changed, so that the Releae link redirects the user directly to the User Portal?!

I get some request from my users (once a week or so) what to do and why sophos can´t fix this..

What is the use of this Option (Reference-Userportal-IP)?

  • It is on the backlog for further releases to be implemented.

I highly recommend UTM/SFOS Email Customer to take a look into Central Email anyway. The protection and feature set is far superior compared to both firewall email solutions.

  • never ever we change to central services from sophos.

the support from sophos is terrible and changes like these also make us very doubtful whether sophos even wants to work for its on-primes customers anymore.
we will look around for another product after the current license expires.
It can not go on like this.
So far, XG has been the purest disappointment and causes far too much trouble, mainly because Sophos is so infinitely stubborn and no longer responds to customer demands and wishes at all, but only provides such illogical and, above all, security-critical functions.
    yeah where are we?
