I don't know much about this, but the one thing I see is that it is using 154.118.217.219 and port 8443. Have either of these changed at the far end? (For example, if your office is using DDNS so the IP changed, or if the server configuration was changed to port 8444 or something like that.)

Adding to what Wayne mentioned, if the port was changed on the Firewall, make sure to re-download your SSL VPN configuration again.
Is there only one user affected by this or all the SSL VPN users?

Hi..My public IP remains the same and also i checked the port and wass 8443.. already change the port and re-download the config file but nothing changed..

I did changed the port already to 8444, re-downloaded SSL VPN Configuration and still doesnt connect.
Have created a NOIP DDNS configure but not working.
Can ping my NOIP DDNS hostname
All users affected
