Userportal loading wheel problem.

Hi,

I have problem with userportal.When I log in to any user, all I see is a loading wheel.

I can not press any option from menu. 

I'm getting this message from console in Chrome Inspect Elemnet.

"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Server Error)"

VPN, and admin protal works nice.

What I have to do?

    Hi Radosław Kiłyk, Thanks for connecting with Sophos community team. What is your current firmware version number? Any luck with a different browser? Also if the firmware is not the latest one, you may try to upgrade the firmware with the latest version with properly scheduled downtime and to see the status of the user portal after the version upgrade. If still issue appearing then you may open a support case investigation to work on it further.
