XG software runs on the bare metal and is its own OS, linux based.

Bare metal, a fast CPU preferably quad core, 6gb of ram, 60-120gb of disk, a minimum of two (2) NICs and NOT intel i219 series NICs,

I would suggest you do some searching on the web, most of the smaller boxes cost a little more. There is a UK site and some are sold Amazon etc.
