php load time very long

Hey Guys,

So we seem to be having a very slow response issue with logging into a php website.

These webpages work in conjunction with using Zoiper. Just the logging into those take ages.

If the FW is removes it works perfectly.

for example try and login to :

http://10.9.10.11/agc/dial.php
10.9.10.11/.../welcome.php

Also how can you add this as a URL ?

    Hello Ryan ,

    This kind of issue generally happens due to Default  IPS configuration . It is always recommended to Tune the IPS before using .

    Try to create a Plain firewall rule and check. It should definitely work as expected . Message me in case if you want to know more on this .

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply, So I actually already tried to make a rule with no IPS, I also put an exception to the IPs for malware scanning.

    It still seems to have a pretty long load time :(
