User is automatically logged out form captive portal

I am using XG115 (SFOS 18.5.2 MR-2-Build380). User is automatically logged out form captive portal. If I set Inactivity time longer then still facing the same issue.

    Good day!

    Does the issue occur after upgrading the firmware? Is this happening on specific users or the issue is happening on all users with captive portal access? If yes, could you please share the screenshot of the settings that you have under the Authentication > Web authentication?

    Aside from this, could you also share the setup that you have under the Authentication > Services?

    You may also try to set the time-out as per your organizational requirement , test and see if the issue will still persist. If yes, then most likely needs to perform debug on the access_server and replicate the issue.
