"Service 'strongSwan IPsec service'(StrongSwan) failed to start in windows 10

"Service 'strongSwan IPsec service'(StrongSwan) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services "  getting this message when trying to start Sophos connect dialer in windows 10 with Administrator privileges.  I have tried to run " net start strongswan " command to start it manually but failed. 

Kindly suggest if anyone solved this issue

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    I'd suggest going into services.msc and find the Sophos Connect Service, right-click, click properties and go to LogOn set the username and set the password manually for this account.
