IPSEC connect - remote access - not working from LAN zone

IPSEC connect - remote access - is not working when the connection is originating in LAN zone. It is working from WAN no problem.

Any idea how to fix it so IPSEC connect client can connect from Internal network?

  • Could be different issues. The Appliance using one Interface for Ipsec. You select this interface. The client is using this IP: Is the client using a DNS or IP to establish the connection? Do you see the Port500 packets in packet capture?

  • Yes but it says - Status Violation Local_ACL

    UDP

    Violation
    Local_ACL
  • Local ACL sounds like, the Client is not sending packets to the WAN Interface, instead to the LAN Interface.

Do you use a DNS record and this is resolved on the LAN?
