Alert from CM regarding Automatic Certificate renewal failure

Hi folks,

I have brand new XG115W running v18.5.2 MR-2 and received this email this morning.

I tried searching for my original thread on this subject but was unable to locate it.

"Sophos Central Event Details for house

What happened: One or more active firewalls need to be upgraded to renew an expired certificate. For more information, see https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/127642.

Where it happened: n/a

User associated with device: n/a

How severe it is: High

What Sophos has done so far: We tried to renew the certificate automatically on all firewalls. However, one or more of your active firewalls are running a firmware version which does not support automatic renewal.

What you need to do: Upgrade the firmware to a version that supports automatic renewal (see https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/127642 for compatible versions). The certificate will then be renewed automatically."
