The problem I have is that if I call an extension of a phone the call jumps to another phone, it happens with all phones, I have created a rule Any--Any checking the various options for web filtering, etc but still fails, only works for a short period of time when the phones are restarted, but after 5-10 minutes to fail again.

I have checked the PBX configuration (pbx cloud) and it is correct.

To service the phones through the LAN interface, a vlan has been created (vlan3) that propagates through the company's switches.

In the company the connection is as follows:

NOC-->XG-->LAN

If vlan3 is generated in the NOC and connected directly to the LAN switch, bypassing the XG, the calls work correctly.
