I have a problem and I have no idea where to look, maybe someone can give me a tip.
I have an XG115 to which an APX120 is connected. The AP is a member of a MESH and serves as a root AP (5 Ghz). The AP also broadcasts the client SSIDs in 2.4 Ghz. The clients that connect to the root AP work without problems. The MESH access points also connect to the root access point.
Behind the MESH AP is a small swtich with 2-3 LAN devices. These also have access to the Internet or the infrastructure. Connection via the MESH.
Now the problem: the MESH AP also broadcasts the client SSIDs on the 2.4 Ghz interface. Clients can also connect to it and get an IP address from the WIFI network (Separate Zone WIFI). However, the clients cannot communicate with the Internet or the LAN. The XG shows allowed connections, but it seems that the packets are not sent back to the client via the MESH.
The same client works from the root AP, but not on any MESH AP.
Does anyone have a tip and can help?
To me it sounds like the same behaviour as in this post:

However, I have not found a solution to this problem.
