Devices in the Guest Wifi do not receive an IP address

Hello Sophos Community,

since the weekend we have the problem that devices in the Guest Wifi do not get an IP address from our firewall cluster anymore.
Nothing has been changed in the DHCP settings. Other SSIDs which are broadcast over the same access points are working.
What can we do ?

Does it make sense to delete the DHCP area and create it again?

Hi,

please review the logviewer -> system go and the firewall log when a device attempts to acess the network. Please check the address range to ensure that it has not completely allocated.
