Web Categories - bug or feature?

Today i was trying to edit a custom Web categorie. This Categorie consists of both URL's as well as keywords.

My purpose was tot delet the last keyword in the categorie. This does not seem to be possible.
When i delete the last enkeyword entry and click on he save button the Categorie is save but the keyword is not deleted and it is still being filtered on.

Anu ideas?

    Hi Peter-Paul,

    I have found that if you add a keyword then try to add the utl containing that keyword you fail, but if you add the url first then the keyword it saves.

    Hi Ian, thanks.
    Thing is once you've added all the URL's then add some keywords save, try to delete the keywords >  the last one can not be deleted...

    That doesn't seem right.

    Hi Peter-Paul,

    the process seems to have a couple of bugs in the creation, the application of the policy works correctly.
