you don’t, you create a firewall rule using this udp ports. The pc talks to the firewall as part of its internet connectivity.

This rule should be in WAN to LAN rule?

you have it the wrong way around, the LAN should be the source and the WAN the destination. The PC initiates there connections, probably also need https and https.

Even if I allow all traffic from LAN to WAN, rockstar network services doesn't work.

Please review logviewer with a filter on your firewall rule to see what is being dropped. I suspect the application broadcasts to the internet which is blocked by XG.
