XG Firewall Rules Order

Hi,

Currenylt I am using SFOS 18.5.1 MR-1-Build326 and I have read the FAQ section on how to move rules order. Apparently it doesn't work. When I tried to drag it does not move and it select text instead. Any idea? I think they need to put an option where to put the rules order number, so it would be easier.

    Hi,

    dragging rules is bit hit and miss. Occasionally I have to close all browser windows then start again. You need to drag using the three bars on the left of the rules.

    It works consistent, if you take notice of your mouse. 

    Windows/Chrome: 

    This icon indicate a movement possible.

    If this does not work for you, check for Browser Plugins. Easiest way: Try a incognito tab.

    Unfortunately, that is not always the case. Many time, even when the cross is showing, the drag just highlight text, not the element. Close the tab and reopening the session can fix the issue.  Happens a couple of times during my first 24-hour.
